- Schedule: Weekday coverage, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Minimum availability: 2 weeks per month

- Full time and perform outpatient procedures available
Requirements :
- Board Certification: Required
- Fellowship: Preferred
- Licensure: Licensed in WA or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
