Our fully equipped Pilates studio-running strong for 25 years-is a well-established part of our practice, offering clients a unique and holistic path to wellness. Our instructors work with a wide variety of clients, including:
- Individuals transitioning from physical therapy
- Long-term wellness clients
- Athletes
- Older adults
- People seeking injury prevention, strength, and mobility training
This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative setting where Pilates is integrated into a broader vision of health and healing. Pay Structure:
- Private Session: $40
- Semi-Private (2 People): $56
- Small Group (Up to 3 People): $66
- Physical Therapy Aide Support Role $19/hour

What We're Looking For:
- Certified in full Pilates apparatus
- Experience teaching private and semi-private sessions
- Able to confidently modify sessions for various physical conditions and skill levels
- Interest in both fitness and rehab-style Pilates
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable, team-oriented
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective Pilates sessions using Reformer, Cadillac, and other equipment.
- Adapt instruction for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or working on fitness goals.
- Communicate with PT staff when appropriate to support client progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio space.
- Assist with client scheduling.
