Description:

Job Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, including patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments




  • Manage and treat patients with a variety of neurological conditions, such as migraines, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson s disease, and stroke recovery




  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and coordinating therapies




  • Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications




  • Collaborate with neurologists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and evidence-based care




  • Order and interpret imaging, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures




  • Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement programs




  • Provide follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary



Qualifications:


  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner




  • Neuroscience or neurology experience required




  • Strong clinical acumen with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team




  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
