- Start ASAP - on going needs 3-6+ months
- Two facilities
- Physician coverage 12 hr shifts
- CRNA coverage 8hr, 10hr, 12hr shifts
- Highest priority coverage needs are NIGHT shifts- can submit for other shifts but Night shifts will be prioritized
- Cases Facility 1: Bariatric, Gen Surg, Neuro, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, Peds
- Cases Facility 2: Cases: GI, ENT, Gen Surg, Gyn, Neuro, Ophth, Maxillo, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Vascular, Pain, Thoracic/Rad Onc, OB, Endo, Peds, No cardiac, no OB
