Description: Adelphi is seeking Physical Therapists to provide professional therapy services to children in Mendocino County, California. Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess children with physical disabilities to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to support student mobility, motor development, and functional independence. Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences with staff, parents, and community groups. Collaborate with public health staff, nurses, and educators to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with applicable standards. Perform other related duties within the scope of practice as assigned.
