We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician to provide night shift inpatient coverage in Washington, MO. This role supports a high-functioning women s health team during a period of elevated patient volume. Coverage is especially needed on August 4th and August 7th. Department Overview:
16 total beds
8 LDRP
8 Couplet Care / GYN
Staffing Ratios:
Support Team:
1 NP in the outpatient office
16 office staff (including MAs, RNs, and PSRs)
Coverage Details:
Shift: Nights only (7 PM 7 AM typical)
Dates of High Need: August 4th & August 7th
Weekdays only daytime is already covered by existing providers
Additional night coverage during this period is greatly appreciated
EMR System: Epic
Requirements:
Active Missouri medical license Required at time of name clear
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Inpatient experience with L&D, postpartum, and GYN care
Comfortable working independently overnight with support available as needed
