  • Provide therapy services
  
  
  • Must have experience in substance abuse treatment and OBMAT (Office-Based Medication-Assisted Treatment) programs
  
  
  • Will treat a variety of diagnosis, not only substance abuse

  • Clinic roles follow standard clinic hours

  Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per day

  Annual Salary:
  
  
  
  • $60,000 base
  
  
  • Up to $80,000 for candidates with prior FQHC experience
