The 2 schedule options are:

• Ambulatory/Clinic Only 8A - 4P


• Full Scope Generalist/Clinic and Call : 7a to 7a
  
  
  • Rounding from 7a to 9a, start clinic 9a to 4p then sign out to laborist and be on pager call until 7a.
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• IN state license; active, unrestricted


• Board certified OBGYN


• IN State DEA


• BLS, ACLS
