In this Mobile Catering Supervisor post, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and its surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service. Supervising staff working in the kitchen. You must be aware of HACCP Procedures - completing required paperwork including electronic returns. Understanding dietary and nutritional needs. Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround. We have a permanent vacancy to join our team within schools in the Kirkcaldy and Leven area covering in various schools as and when required. This post is 30 hours per week Monday to Friday working between 8:00am to 2:30pm on a 52-week contract. You will earn a competitive salary of ss 25,885.80 to ss28,175.91 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including: ss13.79 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends. Pay is 4 weekly . Travel expenses will be paid - we pay 45 pence per mile to staff using their own car. Access to and support with a training opportunities and qualifications for the job. Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme. Provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a Team. Have the ability to travel throughout Fife within a limited timescale. You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
