Description: Description: Holbrook Heating, a leading residential HVAC company based in Syracuse and Albany, is seeking a motivated Lead Training & Development Specialist to support the growth and success of our Appointment Specialist team across Central New York. The work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for training and coaching both new and existing Appointment Specialists in our retail partner locations. This position involves traveling between locations, facilitating onboarding efforts, sharing best practices, and ensuring consistent performance across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and frontline experience who enjoys helping others succeed. Requirements:
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Appointment Specialists in retail locations. - Serve as a peer coach and resource to help team members improve their performance and customer interactions. - Travel to different retail partner stores to provide on-site support, shadowing, and refresher training. - Provide feedback to leadership regarding training needs, challenges, and team performance. - Ensure training materials are used consistently and effectively across all locations. - Support quality assurance efforts by reinforcing best practices and company standards. - Represent Holbrook Heating positively when interacting with retail partners and customers. - Stay updated on HVAC promotions, products, and company messaging.

- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role (Appointment Specialist or lead generation experience preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Enjoys teaching, coaching, and assisting others in their success. - Ability to travel daily to multiple retail locations throughout Central New York in all seasons. - Valid driver's license. - Organized, dependable, and professional demeanor. - HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
