Description: Job Title: Project Manager II - General Project Management Job Type: Temporary (8-Month Assignment) Location: Onsite - Wichita, KS Pay Rate: $39.00-$49.00 / Hour Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Includes two 15-minute breaks Start Date: September 29, 2025 About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager II with strong supply chain acumen and tactical project execution experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in an analytical environment and is adept at maintaining project pipelines, executing recovery plans, and collaborating cross-functionally. As a key member of the operations team, this individual will develop and manage project plans, track milestones, support risk mitigation, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. The position will be performed fully onsite in Wichita, KS, and may require occasional travel for training. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain project and program plans to achieve objectives within defined scope, time, and quality constraints. Analyze performance metrics, conduct variance and risk assessments, and adjust project trajectories accordingly. Create and maintain RAIL (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Lessons Learned) logs to ensure accountability and alignment. Coordinate and communicate project activities across cross-functional teams. Perform change management activities and keep stakeholders informed with consistent updates. Prepare project-related documentation including schedules, reports, and recovery plans. Support the closeout of projects by documenting lessons learned and facilitating transitions to customer support teams. Use industry-standard project management tools and methodologies for daily operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management or supply chain coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of interpreting data and developing tactical project plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. US citizenship or lawful permanent residency required (due to Export Compliance requirements).
