Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft high-quality legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs Conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses with confidence and precision Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular updates Develop and execute defense strategies with a strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules Collaborate with partners and legal teams to achieve successful outcomes Appear at all routine pre-trial matters, as well as hearings to argue or defend motions.
