Description: Hiring for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Great kitchen squad, working with an exciting menu. Our menu is driven by seasonal produce, smoke and fire. Using our Big Green Egg daily. We have an in house smoker for house cured and smoked produce. We're forever striving to improve on every dish. We don't cut corners, we make almost everything in house; sauces, stocks you name it. No use of chef Mike! We have 15 bedrooms attached to the pub, these are covered with a breakfast chef. Our occupancy is high and we have a brilliant reputation. Quality of work has to be high grade, although we do understand the importance of work and social life mix so we do our upmost to allow for a weekend off a month. Responsible for maintaining a professional kitchen and adhering to company policies.
