Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively searching for a Senior Arthrex Experience Associate. This person will work directly with Arthrex business units, Arthrex agency partners and Hotel Innovation leadership to improve, support and exceed the Arthrex Experience initiative expectations and growth objectives as it pertains to visiting HCPs to all Arthrex facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Represent the face of the customer, establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians. Provide general office support as needed for the AX team (phone support, correspondence, meeting planning, scheduling, travel coordination, filing, etc.) Lead preparatory phone calls after a visit is established to Naples and before the customer arrives in order to finalize pre-visit information and agendas. Provide personnel introductions between the customer, sales, and business units within Arthrex. Assist with championing physicians' and employees' perspectives within the customer journey, actively seeking feedback from both for alignment. Support further development, marketing, implementation, communications and sales support for enhancing the customer experience. Work closely with product management, medical education, compliance and legal, sales, Innovation and other departments with communicating information or needs from the AX team. Liaison with agency owners, managers, and sales representatives for department information Post visit, assist with designing guest follow up, providing the customer, representatives and managers with whom the customer met with, discussions and action plan. Support and assist with project management Manage strategic planning operations for Healthcare Leadership and ASC-X experiences Support promotional activities through the press, sales force, and alternate distribution channels. Assist with generating and organizing quarterly newsletter. Collect, analyze, and present metrics regarding the HCP onsite activities and overall experience Organization of team building events, support in presentations preparation and other ad-hoc assignments. Manages single-day visits Leads NEO & Rep Training Tours Required to present to groups regularly Regularly Plans and Coordinates visits with Senior Executives Assists in the creation of marketing materials and educational resources Some travel may be required for certain sales and/or surgeon meetings (approximately 10%). Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business required. 2 years of experience in a professional business environment required. Med Device experience preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Ability to form and maintain relationships. Excellent verbal, written, analytical, project, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong follow through skills are important. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the senior management level. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Understanding of Arthrex corporate culture and company philosophy. Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephone.
