Position Overview

Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day
Population: Adult only
Schedule:
3 days/week required
Preferred days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (flexible if needed)

Credentialing Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Michigan Medical License - Required
Michigan DEA - Required
ACLS & BLS (via AHA) - Required
