Description:

The Manufacturing Training Manager oversees the development, delivery, and evaluation of all training programs across the manufacturing facility. This position partners closely with Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, HR, and QA to ensure employees at all levels are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The manager leads the training department, designs and updates training content, and fosters a culture of continuous learning to support operational excellence and workforce development.

Requirements:






Minimum qualifications:



  • Degree in related discipline.

  • 5 years experience in production/manufacturing.

  • Experience implementing training or employee development programs.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support digital learning tools.

  • This position involves a mix of office work and hands-on time on the production floor, where environmental conditions can be very hot, especially during summer months.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to implement and drive change at various organizational levels.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

  • Familiar with working in a multi-cultural environment and accustomed to working with people from a variety of backgrounds.
