Position Summary
We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber (or higher) who can independently handle projects from rough-in to finish. Our work covers commercial service, tenant improvements, new construction, and light residential.


You'll get exposure to a wide range of projects - not stuck doing the same repetitive tasks - and we'll do our best to align you with the type of work you enjoy most.


Core Responsibilities


Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, drain, and vent systems
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and job specifications
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues to code and with efficiency
Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
Utilize a company-provided iPad (with data plan) and job software for documentation
Coordinate with foremen and project managers to keep projects on track


Minimum Requirements


Valid Michigan Journeyman Plumber License (required)
5+ years of field experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently, mentor apprentices, and take accountability for your work
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor


Preferred Credentials (Pay Bump Considered)


Master Plumber License
Backflow Certification

Starting pay: $72,800-$108,160/year , based on license and experience
