Practice Details

• The facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center

Organized Schedule:

• Daily schedules are planned two months in advance

    Call is 1:9 currently
    
    
  
  
  • Weekend call expected 1-3 times a year
  
  
  • In-house weekday call from 1 PM to 7 AM, and weekend call is 24 hours
  
  
  • Call supported by PRN and locums providers
  
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of
  $700,000
  , with additional earnings and paid call


• Current providers earn between $800,000 - $850,000
  
  
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

    11 weeks of PTO
    and 2 weeks for meetings
