Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician |
Description: Annashae is currently seeking a Family Medicine Provider to oversee a caseload of adult inpatients, The position has 3 providers onsite that carry an average caseload of 40 patients, many of whom do not have chronic medical conditions. The expected admissions per the facility averages 3 per week.
Responsibilities encompass signing off on admissions, completing the history and physical examination (H&P), performing medical evaluations, and ordering necessary laboratory tests. Providers will also facilitate transfers to local emergency rooms when required. Prescribe and review medications. Order and interpret laboratory results as needed.
