Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor s in Nursing preferred) -
Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing (or valid compact RN license) -
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire -
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire -
At least 1 year of RN experience preferred (less than 1 year? Available Shift: What You'll Do: As an RN in the ICU, you will: -
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity patients -
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IVs and blood products -
Support physicians during exams and assist with minor diagnostic and treatment procedures -
Accurately document interventions and patient responses in the EMR -
Communicate care plans clearly to patients and families -
Participate in interdisciplinary planning and refer patients as appropriate -
