Description: Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Orthopedics)



  • Location: Prescott, AZ


  • Hours & Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), no weekends


  • Work Environment: Clinic office based


  • Travel Required: No


  • Salary / Hourly Rate: $130,000 - $180,000 base salary


  • Bonus Offered: Production-based bonus

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1 2 years of orthopedic experience or a very strong desire to grow in the orthopedic field. The ideal candidate values teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering excellent patient care.







Job Summary:


This is a non-operative orthopedic position providing outpatient musculoskeletal care in a clinic setting. You ll work alongside an experienced physician, evaluating patients, supporting pre- and post-operative visits, and managing acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. The role is autonomous, collaborative, and centered around delivering high-quality care to our community.







Job Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Work up patients for orthopedic procedures

  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient visits

  • Order imaging and diagnostic interventions for musculoskeletal conditions

  • Collaborate closely with orthopedic physician and clinical staff

  • Manage acute MSK injuries and orthopedic complaints in the clinic

  • Provide education and care plans to patients and families

  • Maintain accurate, timely chart documentation

  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, communication, and patient-first care







Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:



  • Completion of an accredited NP or PA program (U.S. programs only; Puerto Rico excluded)

  • Current or eligible for Arizona State License

  • DEA license in good standing
