Description: Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer Remote Type: Contract To Hire NO C2C W2 Only Title: PeopleSoft Developer ALTA is supporting a 6-month CONTRACT-TO-HIRE opportunity working 100% REMOTE. All interviews will be held virtually through MS Teams. Contractors may onboard and work remotely. Out-of-state candidates will be accepted. Please be advised that the Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking to engage 1 contract resource(s) for the following assignment: Contract terms: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire NO C2C W2ONLY Conversion Salary (if applicable): $80,000 - 130,000 Location: Remote Duties: Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with project team Develop application code and review code that requires modification Develop and coordinate technical implementation plan Unit test application code and assist with system testing Prepare and update all necessary documentation Perform implementation activities Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end-user and IT staff Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with service manager Initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures Assist with routine work of the department as required Qualifications: Five or more years of development experience in PeopleSoft Knowledge of Object-oriented programming Knowledge of the software development life cycle Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets, or XML/XSLT Experience with SQL Server or equivalent relational databases Experience in writing and debugging complex SQL Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the proven ability to multi-task The ability to provide application support, including responding to support after business hours System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul©, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
