Description: Regional Manager - Surety Underwriting - Catalina Foothills, AZ Manage a team of surety underwriters providing contract, commercial, fidelity and non-standard surety bonds. Underwrite, analyze, and make decisions on accounts ranging from small or struggling companies to mid-sized contractors. Review complex submissions, account losses, pricing models, and profitable premiums. Develop a territory and cultivate customer and producer relationships. Build relationships with agents, reinsurers, and contacts. Experience: Previous experience analyzing financial statements and credit reports. Previous underwriting experience with surety bonds.
