Retail Sales Representative Position Overview:

We are looking for charismatic and driven Retail Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in growing our presence in the area by engaging neighborhood leads, conducting inspections, and converting prospects into valued customers.

Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:




  • Canvass designated neighborhoods to identify homes with roofing needs (e.g., storm damage, wear and tear)






  • Conduct on-site roof inspections, provide expert recommendations, and build trust with homeowners






  • Present tailored roofing solutions-residential or commercial-and close sales






  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution






  • Maintain client relationships through follow-up, scheduling, and exceptional customer service






  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to branch growth





Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in residential or commercial roofing sales or a similar consultative sales role preferred






  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills






  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage schedules effectively






  • Comfortable with neighborhood canvassing, including walking and outdoor exposure






  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation






  • Familiarity with roofing materials (e.g., architectural shingles, TPO, metal roofing) is a plus
