In this pivotal role reporting directly to the COO, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous enhancement of all aftermarket procurement across Europe-from tyres and reefer contracts to Maintenance and Repair suppliers, parts suppliers, roadside services, and ancillary equipment. Leading a talented and geographically diverse team of procurement professionals (+/- 5) and accountable for 60M€ Spend Under Management, you'll work together to elevate supplier performance, optimize costs, ensure supply continuity, and standardize processes, delivering outstanding operational and service excellence throughout the business. Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Set Strategy and Lead Transformation Develop and implement a Europe-wide procurement strategy for all aftermarket categories Define category strategies, supplier segmentation, and procurement governance Drive standardization and harmonization of sourcing processes across markets Embed ESG and risk management into strategic planning KPIs: Procurement ROI, Cost Savings and Spend Under Management (60-100M€), 10% savings against a final scope of annualized spend. Deliver Operational Excellence Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality supply of parts and services to all 120+ TIP locations Digitize procurement through e-sourcing, spend analytics, and contract lifecycle tools Collaborate with Operations, workshop and Finance to align on cost, inventory, and service priorities Identify savings and streamline end-to-end procurement processes Champion responsible procurement to support supply chain sustainability, brand positioning, and ethical obligations KPIs: Inventory Turnover Rate, Supplier Chain Sustainability and ESG compliance (CSRD, SBTi targets) Drive Supplier Value and Risk Mitigation Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution with key European suppliers Build and maintain strategic partnerships with performance frameworks (KPIs, SLAs, audits) Proactively manage risks tied to compliance, logistics, availability, and reputation KPIs: Supplier Performance, Improved payment terms and Contract compliance and risk reduction Build and Empower High-Performing Teams Manage and grow a high-performing, geographically distributed procurement team Set clear goals, encourage development, and build a collaborative team culture Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement KPIs: Team performance KPIs and Strategic project execution and delivery Experience, Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in procurement, ideally within truck/trailer market Excellent leadership skills, especially for leading remote teams Proven ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and drive supplier innovation Strong strategic thinker with a focus on ethics and compliance to support responsible and effective procurement Expertise in financial analysis for effective procurement budgeting and forecasting Fluent English (other European languages a plus) Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field (or equivalent) CPP certification TIP Group Value Proposition Leadership role with strategic influence A supportive, inclusive culture recognized as a Great Place to Work A values-led company committed to sustainability and ambitious ESG goals -/+ 90k€ and bonus scheme and benefits If you're passionate about strategic sourcing and leading a dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you!
