Our comprehensive practice covers: Family Law Criminal Defense DUI/DWI Defense Personal Injury Litigation Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to client matters. Assist in the preparation of cases for trial by gathering evidence and preparing witnesses. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information. Manage case files efficiently to ensure timely progress on all matters. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar association and good standing. Strong knowledge of family law, personal injury and criminal defense is preferred. Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in writing clear and persuasive legal documents. Ability to litigate effectively with strong advocacy skills. Previous experience in a law office setting is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
