Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our showroom, guiding them through the selection and purchase process. - Manage customer orders from sale to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience. - Collaborate with the business owner to develop effective sales strategies and promote best-selling products. - Schedule flooring measures at customer residences for our flooring estimator. - Assist with marketing and social media campaigns as needed. - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure the showroom is well-presented at all times.
- Strong customer handling skills and the ability to adapt product offerings to meet customer needs. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Knowledge of furniture and/or flooring sales preferred, but outstanding candidates with sales experience in other areas will be considered. - Familiarity with email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and websites. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
