Description: Associate, Business Development with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Los Angeles, California. Leverage prior background and experiences to build an advisory business. Create comprehensive wealth management plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include three (3) years of experience with: creating multi-asset allocation plans at an institutional level and assessing the suitability and relevance of specific investments to meet client objectives; filtering, analyzing and selecting investment products at an institutional level, including mutual funds, ETFs and other investment vehicles; trading stocks, bonds and derivatives at an institutional level, understanding the different trading algorithms, limits and techniques to minimize price impact; understanding of options theory and trading, including all elements that affect their pricing to assess the attractiveness of structured products; using market data platforms such as Bloomberg (API level), and using different programming languages (including VBA, Python, SQL) for data analysis purposes, as well as for process automation and optimization; and building rapport with current and prospective clients by soliciting and building new relationships through cold outreach and reasonable follow-up.
