We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Electrician to work with vibratory feeder bowls and custom escapements. You'll handle electrical wiring, panel building, troubleshooting, and basic PLC programming, ensuring our automated systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Install, wire, and troubleshoot feeder bowls and custom escapements
- Create and update electrical schematics
- Write and debug basic PLC programs
- Wire control panels and integrate automation components
- Work with engineers to ensure reliable system operation
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Licensed or Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent)
- Experience in industrial electrical systems and automation
- Ability to read/create schematics (AutoCAD Electrical a plus)
- PLC programming experience (basic ladder logic; Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with vibratory feeders, bowl feeders, or part feeding automation a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Pneumatics and motion control
- Vision system integration
- VFDs and servo drives
