We work with farmers across the US and Canada from row crop to specialty crop operations. We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to add to our team remotely in the US. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for helping customers with the platform, answering their questions, and finding solutions to their specific needs. You will assist clients throughout the onboarding process, providing clear communication, next steps, and payment coordination. You will work with the sales and coaching teams to arrange scheduling and ensure smooth handoffs. Through friendly proactive support to the farm families via phone, email, and video, you will ensure that clients feel supported and prepared for their coaching journey.
