Our Columbia office is growing, and we are seeking a talented Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court hearings. Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and oversee discovery. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Provide compassionate, consistent communication with clients. Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and firm leadership to ensure the highest quality of representation. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar (required) . License to practice in Georgia is strongly preferred . 2+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred (but strong candidates with other litigation backgrounds will be considered). Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to client service and team collaboration.
