Description: Boost Health Insurance Agency in Huntington Beach, CA, is looking to hire an energetic full-time ACA Health Insurance Sales Agent (under 65 health insurance sales) with a positive, can-do attitude who is detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We specialize in selling Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance plans at high volume. Our average agent submits 25 policies per day! We provide all the leads to you! The earning potential can be up to $95,000/year. The compensation consists of base hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses. We also offer a 401k and health benefits! QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION -FFM Certification preferred but not required -Prior ACA experience a plus -Must have active CA (or resident state) Health Insurance Producer License (additional state licenses a plus) -Must have STRONG attention to detail -Must be able to navigate multiple computer screens and programs and have the ability to multitask effectively -Must be a fast typer (ideally 60 wpm or greater with high accuracy) -Must have strong, effective, and excellent written and verbal communication skills -Must possess the desire to succeed and be self-motivated -Have the ability to adapt to changes with a can-do attitude -Be a Team player that enjoys a competitive and fast-paced environment WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with a flexible start time of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. During our busy seasons, we may work on some Saturdays and overtime. We have a proven and documented process that will enable you to be a top producer right out of training.
