RN Resident Progressive Surgical Unit (4OP)


Full-Time or Part-Time 12-Hour Variable Shifts Available


Up to $12,000 Hiring Bonus Pay Range: $39.62 $79.20/hr


Requirements to Apply:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Newly licensed Registered Nurse (12 months or less of RN experience)

  • Washington State RN license upon hire

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

  • Specialty certification preferred, but not required

Available positions include:


  • 36 hours/week (Full-Time), 12-hour variable shifts


  • 24 hours/week (Part-Time), 12-hour variable shifts

Job Overview:
As an RN Resident in the Progressive Surgical Unit, you will:

  • Provide direct care to post-surgical patients with varied acuity

  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support recovery

  • Work closely with experienced nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Document care and patient responses accurately using EMR systems

  • Develop strong critical thinking and clinical skills through hands-on experien
