Description: Work Dates Needed: 10 day/night shifts per month starting September 30th once credentialing is complete Preferred Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends 7a-7p & 7p-7a Worksite Setting: Leve III trauma, annual patient volume: 25000, number of hospital beds: 75, ED beds: 21 Scope of Work: Patient volume per hour: 2 Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 3 + years of EM experience, board certification by ABEM or AOBEM is preferred. Providers board certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) must have and maintain ACLS and ATLS certification. All applicants must hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications. An active LA license, state-controlled substance registration, and DEA license are also required. EMR: EPIC
