Description: Job Description & Requirements Otolaryngology Physician StartDate: 10/10/2025 Pay Rate: $1823.60 - $1974.00 This facility is seeking a Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 10/10/2025- on going, 24 hours Practice Setting: Hospital based Types of Cases: Tracheotomy, Eighteen and older only Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years after finishing), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Licensure Required: Ohio License Facility Location Surrounded by the gorgeous natural scenery of Lake Erie and the Maumee River, Toledo is the quintessential Midwestern city providing the best in nature and a vibrant city scene.
