Description: We re hiring a General Dentist to join a well-established, high-quality dental practice near Pismo Beach, CA. This is a W-2, full-time opportunity offering excellent earning potential, a consistent schedule, and full clinical autonomy. Position Highlights: Compensation & Benefits:
Daily Guarantee: Permanent minimum of $900/day
Bonus: 21.9% of pure production above daily guarantee of $2400/day

Established patient base and modern facilities

1+ year experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
Confident clinical skills and a strong diagnostic foundation
Able to start ASAP preferred
