- Work dates: Variety of shifts needs upon credentialing completion and approval
- Boarded in EM, FP or IM with EM experience
- Work Sites - 3 Hospital sites
- Preferred Schedule 32-35 hrs ( 1 site) 24 hr coverage ( 2 sites)
- Annual Volume average - 30,000
- Admit rate - 12.5 to 25%
- Acuity Level: medium
- Requirements: BC, ATLS, BLS, PALS, IN license, IN DEA, IN CSR, any claims must be sent with CV
