What You'll Do:
- Perform residential plumbing service calls including diagnostics, repairs, and installs
- Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options
- Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Accurately complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License (required)
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
Pay Range:
$26 - $35 per hour, depending on experience + potential incentives
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call availability
