As product team leader car seats at Dorel Juvenile, you will do more than just lead a team - you will shape the direction of an entire product category. You will lead the car seat product team and make sure everything you do lines up with the bigger product vision. Together, you will build a strong portfolio, manage the full 'Product Life Cycle', and keep a sharp focus on performance - across D2C, Amazon and retail. You will dive into data, spot trends, and turn insights into action. Whether it is tweaking performance on Amazon, refining the D2C approach or gearing up for a new launch: you know what works and how to make it happen. You will work closely with smart minds from sales, marketing, trade marketing and R&D or external partners. Together you will fine-tune strategies, define, and execute strong go-to-market plans and make sure bold innovations like Slide Tech get the spotlight they deserve. Leading means being present.
