About this Family Medicine NP/PA role:

• 09/02/2025-11/26/2025


• Most weeks are M-F and after assignment, local provider can cover on a PRN basis at this and other Michigan locations


• 2-3 Pts/hr


• Credential in 1-2 weeks


• Lodging & Mileage provided
  

Requirements for this Family Medicine Physician role :

• MI License


• BLS


• DEA is preferred
