This opportunity is based out of PA and is an ideal opportunity for you to make an impact on the Geriatric population in the area. The facility is a modern Value Based Care clinic and we have received excellent feedback from the providers we have placed with this client.

Details/Requirements:

Board Certification is required
Coverage needed as soon as credentialed
Can credential in 30 days
Monday-Friday schedule, 8A-5P
Average 15-20 patients per day
Adult and Geriatric patient panel
