Robust Support Structure: Partner with a dedicated NP who runs your clinic, plus 4 MAs per pod and experienced RNs and surgical techs in fully equipped GI suites.
Outstanding Compensation Package: Generous base salary starting at $650K-$700K, with significant upside through RVU productivity, plus sign-on bonus, CME, malpractice with tail, and on-site perks like childcare and a gym
True Quality of Life: No call, no weekends, and a flexible schedule that lets you prioritize personal time while maintaining a high procedural volume of 12-20 cases daily
Candidate Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology
- Interest in a high-volume endoscopy practice; ERCP/EUS available but not required
- Eligible for medical licensure in Georgia
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
