Join a team with newly updated facilities and technology, Siemens chemistry analyzers (1 year old), 90% of testing done in-house, including microbiology, hematology, chemistry, and blood banking. Work in a supportive, trusted environment with excellent leadership.







Position Highlights :

  • Work closely with an engaged, trusted hospital administration and collaborate with a strong group of fellow department managers and a highly trained lab team.

  • Excellent relationships across departments including nursing, registration, and medical staff.

  • Lead a model department with a respected reputation and take on high-impact responsibilities.

  • This role is essential to hospital operations and offers opportunity for long-term leadership, development, and visibility within the organization.



Compensation & Benefits :



  • $105K-$130K (commensurate on experience)

  • Annual performance-based increases

Qualifications :



  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Certifications: ASCP or equivalent required

  • Eligible for or currently holding state licensure (if applicable)

  • Experience: 5+ years in a clinical laboratory

  • Prior lab leadership experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of lab regulations, compliance, and quality standards (COLA, CIHQ)
