Compensation & Benefits :
- $105K-$130K (commensurate on experience)
- Annual performance-based increases

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Certifications: ASCP or equivalent required
- Eligible for or currently holding state licensure (if applicable)
- Experience: 5+ years in a clinical laboratory
- Prior lab leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of lab regulations, compliance, and quality standards (COLA, CIHQ)
