Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical.
We are in search of a Locum Occ Med APP for coverage in the Newport News, Virginia area M-F 8a-4:30p ongoing through 2025.
The ideal Provider will be local to the area or within a reasonable commute.
ProTouch offers competitive compensation, all travel expenses & malpractice with tail coverage.
Location: Newport News, Virginia
Job Type: Locum / Contract / PRN
Duration of Assignment: Ongoing through 2025.
Shifts: M-F; 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Practice Details:
Dates of Coverage: Starting February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs to support two full-time providers.
Reason for Coverage: Cover our two regional clinics when providers need time off or while one of our positions is vacant.
Practice Setting: Occupational Health
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-close ( close at 4:30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)
Average Number of Patients per Day: 8-10
Documentation System/EMR: Systoc
Number of Exam Rooms: 5
Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
Description of Support Staff: RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs
