Position Overview
Our hospital in Duluth Minnesota is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist to provide locum tenens coverage due to increased patient volume. You ll join a collegial and supportive hospitalist team that includes 5 daytime rounding providers and full nocturnist physician coverage.
Job Details
Setting: Inpatient Only
Shifts: 7 days on 7 days off
Times: 8am-8pm
ICU is partially open
No procedures required
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Type: Ongoing
Support Staff Onsite: 2 APPs
Hospital Size: 164 beds
Telehealth: Not required
EMR: MediTech
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Candidate Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with active license (or ability to obtain)
- Inpatient/hospitalist experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently
- Act 10 accepted
