Salary starts at: $40.87/hour

• 
  Physical Therapist is eligible for $35,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment
  


• 
  Retention bonus of $2,000 at 1 year, $2,000 at 2 years, $3,000 at 3 years, $5,000 at 5 years, $7,000 at 7 years
  

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient


• Average about 9-10 patients a day


• Schedule: 4(10) or 5(8)

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must have a Physical Therapist license in the state of ME


• Open to new grads


• BLS certification upon hire
