- Pay: $47/HR($1,880) Local Pay- $53/HR($2,120) ($985 taxable and $1,155 non taxable)- Travellers
- Location: Hayward, CA
- Title: Physical Therapist-Home Health
- Certifications: CA State License, BLS, Covid Vaccine & Booster/Exemption
- Start Date: 07/21/2025
- Shift length: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
PT: Field position- Central Valley/ Stockton
Home Health
Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday
Home Health experience preferred
CA license in hand preferred
Oasis experience required
