Description: OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in Ohio 24-Hour Call Coverage Specific Dates Needed October - January Assignment Coverage Needed: 10/31/2025 - 11/3/2025 1/2/2026 1/5/2026 Shift Description: 24-hour call (7am-7am) 1:4 call rotation (both weekday and weekend) Call response time of 30 minutes Requirements: Board certified or board eligible (within one year of graduation) Must be licensed in Ohio BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA, and NRP certified Required procedures include: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.) FHR Interpretation: NST & FSE OB ultrasounds: Interpretation, Level I/Screening (Viability), and Level II/Targeted (Anatomic) Routine Delivery: Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section Complicated Delivery: C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc. Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations Assignment Details: Labor & delivery, surgical cases, and inpatient consults Occasional high-risk delivery but they are typically referred to tertiary centers Around 30% of patients are C-Section Support staff: APPs and nursing staff Average delivery per day: 1 Average admission per day: 1 EMR: Meditech Expanse Nursery Level 1 Beds in facility: 45 staffed beds plus 20 emergency department beds Number of physicians in practice: 4 Jackson and Coker offers: + Weekly Direct Deposit + Top Rated Malpractice Insurance<
