- Full-time Permanent Position
- Monday - Friday Schedule (8:30 A.M -5:00 P.M)
- The provider will be providing palliative-care-based consultations, follow-up care, symptom management, and assisting with the development of discharge plans based on the goals of the patients
- 2+ years of experience in Palliative Medicine or a related setting is required
- North Carolina License in Hand or in the process are welcome to apply
