Position: Gastroenterology Physician |
Description: Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: Clinic and GI procedures (Colonoscopy, UGI)
- Mon-Tue: Combination of clinic and procedures or clinic only (8-hour shifts)
- Wed-Fri: Procedure days only (Friday could be a half or full day)
- 1 day of 24-hour call per week (typically Tuesday)
- No weekend coverage
Coverage Dates:
- Flexible dates available (e.g., April 7-11, May 27-30, and ongoing through December 2025)
Practice Details:
- Patient Volume: Average of 15 patients per shift
- Procedures Required: Colonoscopy, Upper GI Endoscopy (including biopsy, polyp removal, foreign body removal, and therapeutic procedures)
- Support Staff: RN, MA, PA/NP, and office staff
- EMR System: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology (or Board Eligible)
- Active WI license or IMLC eligibility
- BLS certification
